Have you ever been in situations that made you feel down or unmotivated? You can literally just feel like you don’t want to do anything and like you don’t have the motivation in you … No matter how hard you tell your self to do something you can not put it into action & you find yourself constantly making excuses. Well, you need to find a way to channel that energy into the RIGHT thing and stop putting your energies into the WRONG things. When we feel like this we should try to focus on what we WANT & SHOULD be doing rather than allowing ourselves to stay in a negative mind frame and stay feeling down and unmotivated. Sometimes we just have to appreciate that what we are going through is just preparing us and shaping us for what will happen next. Do not always look at a bad situation as negative, there will always be a positive out of it too.
